6. Product Usage
Products should be used according to the supplied instructions. Daily SPF is recommended when using exfoliating acids, retinoids or pigmentation treatments.

7. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices include VAT where applicable and may change without notice.

8. Payment
Payments are securely processed via PayFast. Dermalight 360 does not store customers' payment information. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

9. Intellectual Property
All logos, product names, packaging designs, text, graphics and images remain the intellectual property of Dermalight 360.

10. Limitation of Liability
Dermalight 360 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

11. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
