Shipping & Delivery Policy
Dermalight 360 currently delivers throughout South Africa. International shipping enquiries may be directed to info@dermalight360.co.za.

Courier Partner
Fastway Couriers.

Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. During promotions or peak periods, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Order Tracking
A Fastway tracking email will be sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Address Changes
Delivery addresses may only be amended before dispatch. Additional courier charges may apply if the parcel has already shipped.

Missed Deliveries
Fastway will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.

Delivery Delays
Delays caused by weather, public holidays, civil unrest or courier operations are beyond our reasonable control.
